Phil Matthews

Phil Matthews is a Conservatorium trained classical guitarist turning heads up and down the coast with his solo and duo act Pure Acoustic. With 25 years performing across Australia working with artists such as Ian Moss, Pink and many more Phil has formed his own special blend of classical techniques with a modern twist.

Having performed with Tommy Emmanuel himself Phil has developed his own unique finger styling, taking on songs such as Lady Gaga's Poker Face ad Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody in all its glory.
